The Drifter Honky Tonk and Biker Bar
After a day on the bike through lonely desert or mountain roads, you might find less than a town - a whistle stop or a roadhouse on a road that the world has left behind. Next to the old motel or the campground where you will spend the night, or perhaps next to the diner or truckstop, this is the place you want to find at the end of the day. This is a place where cowboys, locals, oldtimers, travelers, the lost and the lonely find each other for good conversation, good music, a good pool game or even a dance or two. Old-timey country, bluegrass and blues come out of the jukebox or off the stage. By strannik at 2007-05-04 07:17 | printer friendly version
